STRUCTURAL BALANCE | How Important are Strength Ratios?
I have an awful time conciliating back lever training and front lever training.
I’m struggling On Tuck Planche to Advance tuck Planche So maybe It’s helpful for me
bros doin 1 arm handstand push-ups ☠️☠️☠️
Can you do this after surgery
It takes real strength to speak so openly about a weakness. Glad you got better!
nice, really interesting.
They both build the same amount of muscle but free weight strengthen the joints and core more and make you stronger in athletic movements. That's it
Tell me what should be the gym rings width? More than width make it easier or harder?
But what should be the gym rings width be?
Because of genetics and selection bias. the same why swimmer have wide shoulders and basketball players are tall.
Genetics and selection bias play a role... but this is not the only or even primary reason and the basketball analogy falls through. The difference is that there is a mechanism through which gymnastics makes your biceps bigger (by applying tension to the muscle). Saying selection bias is why gymnasts have big biceps is like saying selection bias is why bodybuilders are jacked... It plays a role but without the training bodybuilders would not be nearly as muscular and gymnasts would not have such big biceps. The basketball analogy isn't great because there's no mechanism through which basketball makes you taller.
I feel I naturally bounce around when I do one legged squats. I just can't get that umph from regular squats
Was the last one in slow-mo? If not, impressive.
Only honest, not dynamic way to do it properly !
5:12 planche press and planche push up for this??!! That's crazy, say it in other way because it just seems you need to unlock planche before this and it it not true.
I never do Abs, just pull ups, overhead press and lunges. Yet my abs are rock solid
美しい
What about cardio time? Can it be scheduled before? After if I am focusing on the Push/Pull/Leg 6 days a week schedule?.... thanks for all the information..
Good stuff..... cool setup too!!
nothing to say but thank you
Right, were those Gymnastic Classes at? 😜
It’s actually just genetics
Do you think if gymnasts did not train, they would have the same sized biceps? If yes, then at least your statement is consistent with your thinking. If not, then you agree it’s not “just genetics”.
What is the pulley trainer system he's using? I need that.
Simon's back to his breakdancing videos awesome!
IM NOT A GYMNAST MY THUMBNAIL SPEAKS FOR ME
Bro started doing real flies with them rings at the end
Good day Simon! I love that you attended to this subject, in the spirit of Charles Poliquin coaching methods. Unfortunately, I believe that the Strength Sensei, won't likely divulge the research that Charles created with his athletes. This would likely be a good place to start to verify these structural balance scores, and methodologies...
There should be possible to give more than one like
You don't need to do as many reps with time under tension
This needs more views!
Gi Si. Getting a bit of forearm pain doing pulls, even neutral grip. Any tips?
Rather informative
Awesome thanks very great tips!!

Great video!
What a clean form, man!
dope af nice variation
what matters most for me is the adherence on the bar. i have sweaty hands, and any umidity hinders my pullups and m'up attempts greatly. don't know what to do :/
Try some chalk, liquid chalk, or grips.
not better do this exercises when hanging on 2 hands? also should do more exercises for hand grip, muscles stability, stomach and alot muscles to just hanging
This is the best bar one arm chin up form I've seen
Ive also read that before too, only 20 maybe 30 degrees of that range will be targeted. Slow reps and holds are a nice blend of both.
i have a question does it affect the facial structure when doing mouth exhaling?
the stretch is key in any growth and try not to unload on reps
They don't have massive arms, they just have tiny bodies Like children and any muscles will look big on the skeletal frame of a sparrow.
They have big arms relative to people of the same height who do not train gymnastics.
@@SimonsterStrength You mean dwarfs? Listen, There are literally hundreds of thousands of amateur bodybuilders that are completely jacked.. yet there are only maybe five PRO gymnasts that are jacked and their pictures and video clips are used in every single calisthenics and rings video on UA-cam. It's utter bullcrap that using rings is going to get you jacked.. toned up, stronger and fitter maybe. Jacked? Absolutely not. Unless you are an adult with the skeleton of a little boy.
@@SimonsterStrength What utter rubbish. Listen, There are literally hundreds of thousands of amateur bodybuilders that are completely jacked.. yet there are only maybe only five gymnasts that are jacked and their pictures and video clips are used in every single calisthenics and rings video on UA-cam. Using rings will get you toned stronger and fitter but will they get you jacked? Absolutely not. You may get a bit more muscular if you're an adult with the skeletal frame of a little boy. I can even see looking at your body that you have a very small skeletal frame for an adult male which is why you appear muscular.
His guns are bigger than my leg
I have one question: if I perform the false grip on the ring and then I lose it and pass to the standard grip, how can I come back to the false grip without letting go the rings?
You definitely need some progressions for the lateral planche transfer. That's the problem with planche 😥
